Management defines, develops and implements the quality management system per SOP 51-01, Management Commitment. Conducts weekly staff / departmental meetings and discusses the importance of meeting the Customer requirements,
Quality objectives, Statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements, and Continuous improvement goals.
Management ensures that customer requirements are determined and fulfilled per SOP 82-01, Customer Satisfaction and 85-01, Continuous Improvement.
