Accomplish this goal by listening to customer's needs and translating those needs into continuously improved products and services. Then translate into a quality policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels. This is accomplished through one-on-one and/or group training of all employees.

Quality Planning (SOP 54-01) establishes a standard method for documenting, and maintaining all activities affecting the quality system. Quality System reviews must be performed prior to the addition of significant new products, projects, or contracts that have an impact on the company’s quality system.

Examples include moving facility locations, addition of personnel, and addition or expansion of product lines or servicing operations. Use Form 54-1, Quality Planning Record for documenting significant changes affecting the quality system.
