Inspection and Testing SOP 75-05 establishes a standard method for controlling inspection and testing activities. Raw materials parts, components, and in-process materials must be inspected and/or tested to ensure they meet specified requirements.
Use Form 74-2, Component Receiving Log to document inspections and/or tests of incoming parts and raw materials. Also establish a standard method for controlling inspection and test activities on incoming parts, in-process materials, and finished products.
The inspection and test status of product must be maintained at all stages, including raw materials, parts, components, in-process materials, and finished products. Note: only products passing required inspections and tests distributed. Use Form 75-5, Passed Required Inspections and Tests to document test status.
Handling, Storage, Packaging, & Delivery (SOP 75-06) establishes a standard method for handling, storing, packaging, and delivery of finished products.
Focus your resources on ensuring delivery methods prevent product damage and ensuring First-in First-out (FIFO) product distribution methods are used.
